Terri was great to deal with. She was very helpful and we bought a small piece for the top of a cabinet but was not made to feel it wasn’t important. They delivered it to the Sarnia store which was closer for us to pick up. The piece was the finest bit bigger than the measurements we gave but my husband was able to grind off the excess which was minimal but needed to fit and went in without damaging the trim and looks fantastic.
