Terri was great to deal with. She was very helpful and we bought a small piece for the top of a cabinet but was not made to feel it wasn’t important. They delivered it to the Sarnia store which was closer for us to pick up. The piece was the finest bit bigger than the measurements we gave but my husband was able to grind off the excess which was minimal but needed to fit and went in without damaging the trim and looks fantastic. - 6/24/2026

I can't say enough about the outstanding service from start to finish. Lisa, in Sarnia, was welcoming, helpful and really wanted to make sure I was 100% happy. It was so nice to easily borrow samples and have a sales person who really knew there inventory. Templating was quick and efficient, as well as very accurate. He answered all my questions and provided clear instructions for installation day. Installation was way sooner than expected (bonus) the 2 gentlemen who removed my old granite and installed almost 75 feet of new counter were so quick, tidy and careful. Overall one the the best home reno experiences I have ever had. Will be recommending SW to everyone. Thanks - 5/28/2026
