Very thorough. Great continued communication throughout the process. All aspects of the job were covered in details. The installers were very caring & particular that the job was done well & to perfection. There was always a feeling that Terri wanted us ( the customer) to be fully satisfied. No stone was unturned. It would seem everyone from the sales team to the install team, loves their job at SWGG. Our experience when selecting our slab and place our order was smooth and easy. All our questions were answered and information we needed to make a good decision for out space. The install team were very efficient and informative and most importantly, friendly! This is our second purchase and install with SWGG and the have not disappointed yet.
