The hardest part was making the product selection. Once we had the product & colour, the templater laser scanned the home project and had the results processed and back to us in record time for final approval. We were impressed that production was able to start the following week and installation was piggy-backed with another job in our local area in just a few days. This is the third project they have done for us, and each time exceeded expectations. Totally satisfied again!

My experience was great! The perk of having my sink delivered to your location was an added bonus! I guess if there is anything, it would be, although not easy to accomplish, would be foot wear. When the install location isn’t a new build debris can get tracked in. I feel this could be accomplished with the person coming out for the laser measurements. The guys doing the install, I understand, are in and out so not as easy to do.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We dealt with John & Lisa in the Sarnia office. They were very friendly, helpful &
professional. John spent a lot of time with us & answered all our questions. We would not hesitate to deal with them again.
The installers were both very professional & skilled. We have had South West Granite & Glass for a couple of previous jobs
& because of their staff & expertise we keep going back. Thank you for your patience & the excellent work you do to make sure your customers are happy.
