- responded very quickly to our rush request to replace countertops (safety issue with peeling laminate, also 80s colouring that was painful to look at!)
- took extremely accurate measurements using state of the art equipment (noticeably more professional than a big box store for a competing bid)
- suggested superior alternative to big box selection of quartz at a lower price, which also supports a local business
- great selection of materials
- highly adaptive to provide for our needs (1950s home)
- very friendly staff kept us updated every step of the way
- extremely skilled, friendly and knowledgeable installers. Glad to have gotten to know them all by name during our project.

When we decided to shop around for counter
Tops we came into South West granite and glass. We brought a sample of our cabinet and the salesperson was a great help in selecting a pattern and color we were happy with. When we were ready to measure the top we got an appointment for the next day. That was really great. It didn't take long to have the counters cut. The installation team was professional and quick. They did their job beautifully and we are very pleased with how everything looks

We had a pleasant experience with fron start to finish! From walking in the store to the Install was great. The gentleman who came to install the counter tops were fun, fabulous and knowledgeable. They took there time to make sure everything was perfect even though a piece broke in transit...they managed to put it together like ut never happened. We are very pleased and can't wait to enjoy many years with our countertops. - 9/25/2025
